Anyone who has ever been stalked on the highway by a twirling red light and a siren should find satisfaction in this send-up of state trooper foibles.. Super just doesn't fly.. Broken Lizard has a way to go to match the absurdity and conceptual genius of Monty Python or Kids in the Hall, but Super Troopers has promising moments of oddity..
