For sure, The Last Stand is no Terminator, but it is a fun, if predictable, action-thriller.. The movie proves you can go home again. But it will take a better sequel to decide whether you want to.. Slapdash in its character portraits, the movie is slambang in its action scenes; it springs to life whenever it promises death.. Right now, the question is how did Veronica Mars turn out as a movie?
